
1st NATIONAL COMIC CONTEST AGAINST ANIMAL ABUSE AWARDS
We are very pleased to inform you that we already know the names of the works that have won the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prices of our 1st National Comic Competition Against Animal Abuse.
The jury, composed of Emma Ríos, Cels Piñol, Fermín Solís and David Baldeón, has decided that these are the award-winning works.
1st prize: LA PLAZA by Héctor García Ivorra
2nd prize: ESPERÁNDOTE by Patricia Benesia Pueyo
3rd prize: ¿CONTINUARA? by Ovidio Miguel Maestro Sellés

At the opening of the exhibition, which takes place at La Mano Zurda Gallery in Madrid on Saturday 26th June at 7:30 pm, we will proceed to the prize-giving ceremony.
Planeta Animal wants to congratulate the wining works and specially all those who took part in the contest, appreciating the great participation, which shows that in Spain more and more people are becoming aware of the animal abuse problem.
We also want to thank Diábolo Ediciones and Editoral Norma for having given us the material for the awards, the members of the jury for their commitment and dedication, and La Mano Zurda for opening its doors for the exhibition.
Finally, special thanks go to all those who have supported and disseminate this activity and have worked on it.
